Media & Video Release Policy

By participating in our street interviews or providing verbal consent on camera, you grant Citas Medellín (the "Producer") the right to use your image, likeness, voice, and interview footage.

1. Grant of Rights

You grant the Producer and its affiliates, successors, and assigns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display the recorded video, audio, and your likeness (collectively, the "Media") in any format or medium, including social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.

2. No Compensation

You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary, and you will not receive any financial compensation or royalties for the use of the Media.

3. Waiver

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied. You release and discharge the Producer from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy or right of publicity.

4. Takedown Requests

If you wish to request the removal of a clip featuring you, please email info@citasmedellin.app with a description of the video, the platform where it is posted, and a clear photo of yourself to verify your identity. We will make reasonable efforts to honor takedown requests promptly.
